She has been in this bitter legal battle with actor Hrithik Roshan says his lawyer and her team had delayed the matter.
They are saying that they have welcomed this move and the matter was delayed from Kananga’s and his team end. This was supposed to be first step of Investigation where her statement had to be recorded which she had earlier delayed.

Kangana had denied getting her statement recorded earlier, when asked by Cyber cell and was delaying it, now finally she allowed the police to record her statement when they visited her residence.
Her Lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee said that what Kangana has said post recording the statement saying that she is fully convinced that there is no impostor, as said by Hrithik Roshan.
My client is not scared of anyone; even if she is pressurized she will not get scared as she feels the truth is on her side. No women of today are scared as far as truth is by her side.
He says that his client Kangana is knows and is convinced that there isn’t any impostor. If there was really one than Hrithik would have acted on Kangana sister complaint which was received on his email id on 25th May, 2014. His conduct can be checked out by his lies and his own acts of commission and omission after he received mails from my client’s sister. He also added that very soon more things will be revealed.
