Salman Khan's one of the most ambitious project HERO is now in cinema halls released this Friday. Film has been rated average by critics and is running sucessfully in theatres. Film has completed its opening weekend sucessfully at box office and all thanks goes to salman Khan for his grand promotion. As we all know, Salman Khan has produced this film under his own production Salman Khan films and because of his effort film has taken a good start at box office. Sooral & Athiya Shetty, both are new comer and they are leading this film. Film has managed to collect well at box office on its very first day with a total busienss around 6.85 Cr. Film has not got such a huch a huge start as it was appriciated and salman Khan is also thrilled with the way movie is performing at box office. Salman khan has wrote on twitter " Thanks to the people who hv gone to see Hero n welcomed suraj n athiya in the film world n all those who r going to see it . Lots of respect". Film has been released in around 2000 screens in India and also covers around 200 screens in the overseas market. Movie has got a descent start at box office but film did well on Sunday because of holiday and occupency through out the day was around 45-50%. The film not be listed in box office hits because of its low performance at box office.

Screen ply of film is bad and you can watch the first half of the film, but second half is worse. Hero has been released with huge appriciations and film has opened with a collection of around 6.85 Cr on Friday. Most part of income on Friday was from advance booking. Film has been reviewed negative to mixed from critics and audince word of mouth was also not so good. Considering all factor film has was steady on Saturday. Film is getting very good competition from previous week released film Welcome Back. Hero 2nd day collection was around 6.62 Cr. Film was released wtih huge appriciations, but it failed to entertain audince. Movie is running with a average occupency. Movie is running on a better position in single screen then that of in multiplexes. Total box office earning of movie is around 13.47 Cr in India in two days. Film has seen a slight growth on Sunday and total box office earning of movie will be around 8.5 Cr on Sunday. HERO first weekend collection will be around 21.97 Cr.
