Shaandaar 3rd Day | Shandaar 4th day | Shaandar 1st Weekend Collection

Shaandaar 3rd Day Collection

Shaandaar Total Box Office Collection: After a brilliant box office opening in India this Thursday on the festive occasion of Dussehra, film witnessed a sharp fall on day 2. Taran Adarsh has simply shared the two days collection figure of 20.65 Cr without any forecast comment. Shahid & Alia Bhatt starrer film opened with a whooping business of 13.10 Cr and film crashes completely on Friday and earning was just 7.55 Cr. Queen director Vikas behl film looks to be out of touch. A proper release date of Dussehra, excellent hype & promotions with superb lead pair chemistry & solo release of the week -Shaandaar has everything in the favour. Yet the film not properly used it all and bombed at box office. Though the film has become the highest opener for both of them Shahid & Alia, but they were not able to maintain it with good business. After a grand opening in around 3000 screens, it was expected that film will create a storm at box office, but reverse is happening. From average to negative review, film will not able to grow better at box office despite of good word of mouth. Though festive season continues and film will bag some good business by the end of 1st weekend.

Shaandaar 3rd Day Collection

Shaandaar Saturday Business: Critics almost panning the film and this is best option for Shahid & Alia Bhatt fans to enjoy the film. Rest of all public will be disappointed with the film as it has no proper story. Film has some good scenes which was already revealed in promos, despite of it only cracking chemistry between the duo with some excellent dance moves will maintain the film at box office with slow pace. Film has no story and it seems that director was confused. It is upon audience to decide the genre of the flick, a romantic film or comedy or cult or based on social issue. Previous week released film Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 will have good benefit this week and will surely earn near to 8-10 Cr more. Film with good business on day 1 of 13.10 Cr was not able to attract good crowd to ticket window on day 2 and collection minted to 7.55 Cr. Film is running in its 3rd day, but will be steady with 5-10% hike from day 2. Film will finish Saturday that is weekend with a business of 8-8.5 Cr. Box Office earning of movie on Sunday will be around 9 Cr*.

Shaandaar 4th Day Collection

Shaandar Sunday Collections: Despite of getting tag of 6th biggest opener of the year, film not collected good on Friday and overseas business trend was also disappointing. Drop of the film at box office was in almost all regions of India, but Delhi, Punjab & Mumbai has performed some how better because of no any other option for family audience to enjoy this weekend. Drastic fall of film on second day was mainly because of mixed to negative critics response from all quarters & average word of mouth also affected the box office business. Film has some regions to win ticket counter but unfortunately it failed completely. Shaandaar’ defeated Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Roy’, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Baby’ and ‘Gabbar Is Back’, Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ and Kapil Sharma’s ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ to become the sixth highest box office opener of 2015.  Film will earn near to 9-9.5 Cr on fourth day that is Sunday and finish the weekend with average to good business.

Shaandaar 4th Day (Sunday) Collections: 9-9.5 Cr*

Shaandaar 1st Weekend Collection

Shaandaar Opening Weekend Worldwide Business: A big budget film of 75 Cr and getting low box office earning will put pressure on Producers. It will be not be predicted yet, that flick will be in profit or loss, but box office earning will be average. Any how movie will complete its 4 days long weekend with moolah some good collection. Two days earning of movie was 20.65 Cr. Film has earned around 8-8.5 Cr on day 3 and this takes the total domestic business to 29 Cr*. Movie will finish the weekend with income of around 38 Cr, considering the approx Sunday business near to 9-9.5 Cr*.
