Anurag Kashyap has also hinted us all that last semester there will be a sequel to the first two movies and instructed Quadri to write a plot on the same.
Quadri Directorial Debut, Kashyap also suggested that he direct the sequel as well. This was decided after watching Meeruthiya Gangsters. Now Quadriis heading to Wasseypur to do further research work for the story. Quadri who belongs to wassipur also tells us that, He came home when Ramzan Began.
He also said that he will be spending a few weeks here and will also finalize the plot and characters while he was here. It was awesome to be a t home on festival and simultaneously does the research work for his film. When we talked about the film he also said that its isn’t a sequel or a prequel. If I have to give it a term, its call a mid equal (laugh).

It will also have same timeline and even the setting as the first two films will have. And that’s why its won’t be called as part 3 but 1.5. It will also tell a parallel story between the two films.
